Ward was born on April 15, 1975 in MonroeLouisiana. Monroe Christian School served as her Christian primary school. When she completed the requirements for high school she transferred to River Oaks High School in the summer before her junior year. She was a member of the drill and dance team. Following graduation, she briefly was a student at Northeast Louisiana University. Ward started modeling at the age of thirteen. She left school to move in New York. She decided to try acting after a couple of years. At first, in the 1970s she was a character who wasn't credited in the show All My Children. A year later she was cast for the NBC premiertime drama for teens Malibu Shores. Ward landed her first role in the Sunset Beach daytime soap opera, where she played the virginal Meg Cummings. In 1999, Ward began her movie career as Brittany Foster, the psychotic Brittany Foster of the erotic film The In Crowd. The film in theaters was unsuccessful, however it enjoyed an initial success on the cable market and on DVD. Ward made a cameo appearance for the film Shallow Hal - a smash success the next year. In addition to her direct-toDVD parts, she also appeared in several guest appearances on TV programs like Friends. She was the main cast member of ABC Family's drama show Make It or Break It for the first two seasons in 2009. She appeared on the show in 2009 and landed the role Chloe Kmet as the mother of a teen gymna. For her personal life, she's married to David C. Robinson. Together they have Cameron.
